We provide an atmosphere for woman from all walks of life where they can come and feel comfortable and know they are in a non judgmental environment, we embrace high energy, fun spirits and to just to have a great time! Our workouts a broken down to learn proper breathing techniques, control and muscle toning, to get a complete workout! We practice from simple walking, to strutting, hair whiping, grooves, hips dips, and finding and unleashing your inner vixens.
** We do recommend starting in sneakers if you have not danced in heels or do not come from a dance background as you need to gain these muscles before dancing in heels.. Safety first **

Stiletto Fit and LuvnGrace present a charity red carpet event, with proceeds benefiting the Beauty Night Society. This event will be an Avant Garde theme and a night of fashion, stilettos and music. The Beauty Night Society is a charity that builds self esteem and changes lives of abused and battered women and youth living in poverty through 3 streams of programming: wellness, life skills development, and makeovers.
